Epiphany on January 6 celebrates the visit of the Magi to the infant Jesus. It is a public holiday in Spain (Three Kings' Day), Italy, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Finland and parts of Germany and Switzerland. In France it's an observance, which means plenty of people mark it but nobody gets the day off work or school.
